Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional health advice and product recommendations to customers based on their specific needs.
- Assist customers in selecting the right health and beauty products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage product inventory, including checking stock levels and organizing display areas to maintain visual standards.
- Handle daily sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Participate in in-store promotional activities and health awareness campaigns.
- Build lasting relationships with regular customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including health regulations and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field is preferred.
- Strong passion for health, wellness, and beauty products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to undergo product training.
