Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert health consultations and product recommendations to mall customers
- Drive sales of Watsons' health and wellness product portfolio
- Conduct in-store health awareness activities and promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate product knowledge and regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with pharmacy team to ensure consistent customer care
- Monitor inventory and participate in stock management activities
- Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up consultations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Pharmacy, Nursing, or Health Science (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OTC medications, supplements, and wellness products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced retail environment
- Certification in First Aid or CPR is advantageous
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Prior retail or healthcare customer service experience
