- Provide professional advice on health products, medications, and wellness solutions to customers
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their needs and preferences
- Stay updated with the latest health information and product knowledge
- Process customer transactions efficiently and maintain accurate sales records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service standards
- Participate in product promotions and health awareness campaigns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding product handling and customer service
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or related health field preferred
- Strong knowledge of health products, medications, and wellness solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to undergo product and health knowledge training
