Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized health and wellness product recommendations to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on usage and benefits
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment processes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate customer records and purchase history for personalized service
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the retail environment
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Health Science, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail healthcare or customer advisory role
- Certification in First Aid or basic medical training preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex health concepts simply
- Strong product knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and wellness products
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
