As a Health Advisor, you will be the face of wellness for international and local travelers. You will provide expert product recommendations, promote healthy living, and ensure that every customer experiences the premium service Watsons is known for. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional health consultations and product recommendations to customers.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and product display.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and expiry date monitoring.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed daily sales targets.
- Educate customers on health supplements, skincare, and personal care products.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the retail space.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; candidates with a background in Pharmacy, Nursing, or Nutrition are highly encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in retail, healthcare, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
- Energetic, proactive, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be comfortable working in a high-traffic airport retail environment.
