Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert health and wellness advice to customers based on their individual needs
- Drive sales by promoting Watsons' health, beauty, and personal care products
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions on health topics
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through personalized service
- Stay updated on current health trends and product innovations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or healthcare customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of health and wellness products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
