- Provide personalized health consultations and product recommendations based on customer needs
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations for vitamins, supplements, and healthcare devices
- Execute health awareness campaigns and promotional events in-store
- Maintain accurate product knowledge and stay updated on wellness trends
- Collaborate with pharmacy teams to ensure comprehensive customer care
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal product availability
- Build customer loyalty through follow-up consultations and relationship management
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Pharmacy, Nursing, Nutrition, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail healthcare or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with approachable demeanor
- Valid healthcare certification or willingness to obtain industry licenses
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
