The Provincial Government of Bulacan is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Education & Promotion Officer III to drive public health initiatives within the Ilocos Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive regional health education plans and communication strategies.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials, including digital content and print media.
- Coordinate and facilitate high-impact community outreach programs, health seminars, and advocacy workshops.
- Collaborate with Local Government Units (LGUs), NGOs, and private stakeholders to synchronize health promotion efforts.
- Analyze regional health trends and data to identify priority areas for educational intervention.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior health education staff and community health workers.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health campaigns to ensure they meet Department of Health (DOH) benchmarks.
- Represent the health department in regional planning committees and public health forums.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job (e.g., Public Health, Nursing, Development Communication, or Health Science).
- Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) / Second Level Eligibility (RA 1080 for registered professionals).
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in health education, promotion, or community organizing.
- A minimum of eight (8) hours of relevant training in health communication or public health management.
- Superior public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in program management and the ability to handle multiple public health projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local dialects.
