As the Health Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for designing comprehensive fitness programs, conducting member assessments, and providing expert guidance to help individuals reach their health goals. You will also manage a team of fitness instructors, coordinate staff schedules, and drive membership sales and retention strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and administration of the fitness center, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Develop, implement, and monitor fitness programs tailored to the diverse needs of our members.
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans for new and existing clients.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of fitness instructors and support staff.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in excellent condition and that safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Engage with members to build relationships, address concerns, and promote a positive community atmosphere.
- Collaborate with management to achieve membership sales targets and retention goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physiotherapy, Health Science, or a related field.
- Certification as a Fitness Trainer (e.g., ACE, ACSM, NASM, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the fitness or health industry.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and health management principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
