- Lead and oversee daily health insurance operations, ensuring compliance and service excellence.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team to exceed operational KPIs and client satisfaction targets.
- Manage end-to-end Employee Benefits solutions for a broad portfolio of corporate clients.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in Singapore and Malaysia to identify regional growth opportunities.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and claim processing timelines.
- Serve as a primary point of escalation for complex client queries and provide expert advisory.
- Analyze market trends and loss ratios to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain strong relationships with underwriters and insurance providers to ensure competitive product offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically within Employee Benefits or Health Insurance.
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational management.
- In-depth knowledge of health insurance regulations and market practices in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client relationship management.
- Professional certification (e.g., CMFAS, HI) will be highly regarded.
