Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor public health programs within the designated jurisdiction.
- Conduct regular field assessments and data collection to evaluate the efficacy of existing health initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program performance and recommend evidence-based improvements to management.
- Collaborate with local government units, stakeholders, and community leaders to ensure project buy-in and sustainability.
- Provide technical assistance to local health offices regarding program compliance and reporting requirements.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for health personnel and community volunteers.
- Ensure that health interventions align with current government health mandates and policy guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in health program management or community development.
- Strong understanding of Philippine public health policies and local government processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data management software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
