Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures across construction sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Manage administrative operations, including document control, procurement support, and site-level reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with DOSH regulations and local construction safety legislation.
- Organize and facilitate safety training programs and toolbox talks for site personnel and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records of incident reports, safety audits, and administrative logs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HSE management, specifically within the construction industry.
- Certified Safety Officer (SHO) certification preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian OSH legislation and building industry regulations.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with proficiency in project documentation.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing a diverse workforce.
- Willingness to be based in Genting Highlands.
