We're seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Specialist to safeguard our operations while championing sustainability. In this critical role, you'll develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive environmental stewardship across our production facilities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a zero-incident workplace while optimizing resource efficiency in our coconut processing operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies aligned with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Conduct regular workplace safety audits and environmental impact assessments
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to implement corrective preventive actions (CAPA)
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain safety equipment readiness
- Manage hazardous waste disposal and implement circular economy initiatives
- Deliver HSE training programs for 200+ employees and contractors
- Monitor compliance with national environmental regulations and sustainability targets
- Prepare monthly HSE performance reports for executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in manufacturing or agricultural processing
- Certification in ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or OSHAS 18001 Implementation
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations (PP 22/2020, PER-08/MEN/2008)
- Experience with EHS management systems (SAP EHS, ISO Tools)
- Advanced certification in First Aid and Fire Safety Management
- Proven ability to lead behavioral-based safety programs
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for documentation and training
