Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee implementation of HSE policies and procedures across construction sites
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance inspections
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to implement corrective actions
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Monitor environmental compliance including waste management and emissions control
- Ensure adherence to local OSHA and environmental regulations
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting systems
- Liaise with regulatory bodies during audits and inspections
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' HSE experience in construction or heavy industry
- Professional certification (OSHA, NEBOSH, or IOSH) required
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSHA and environmental regulations
- Experience developing and implementing safety management systems
- Excellent incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
- Proficient in HSE software and reporting tools
- Certified First Aid and Fire Safety training preferred
