As the BCP and Compliance Officer, you will take the helm in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive Health & Safety programs. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Health & Safety policies and procedures in alignment with local and international standards (e.g., OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001).
- Lead the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) efforts, ensuring robust strategies for emergency response, crisis management, and disaster recovery.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage and oversee compliance planning, ensuring adherence to DOLE, OSHC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Design and deliver engaging safety training programs, emergency drills, and awareness campaigns to promote a proactive safety culture.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and implementing preventive measures.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure safety considerations are integrated into operational and project planning.
- Maintain accurate records of safety data, compliance documentation, and incident reports, providing regular performance metrics to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or equivalent local certification (e.g., COSH, BOSH) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Health & Safety role, preferably within a multinational corporation or IT services environment.
- Proven experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and compliance management.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine OSH legislation, DOLE orders, and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
