- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding healthcare services and products
- Handle escalations with empathy and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction
- Document all interactions accurately in the customer relationship management system
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve complex issues
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months BPO experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
