Tanggung Jawab
- Provide daily living assistance to residents including mobility support, personal hygiene, and feeding
- Monitor residents' vital signs and health conditions, reporting changes to clinical staff
- Administer medications and treatments under nursing supervision
- Maintain accurate resident care documentation and progress notes
- Assist with therapeutic activities and social engagement programs
- Ensure a safe, clean, and infection-free living environment
- Collaborate with families to provide comprehensive care updates
- Adhere to healthcare regulations and organizational policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC in Nursing or related healthcare certification
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in aged care or hospital environment preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate approach with genuine interest in patient welfare
- Physical fitness to assist with resident mobility and transfers
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and emergency procedures
