Tanggung Jawab
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team immediately.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms and common areas at all times.
- Support mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as updating patient records and documenting care activities.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines strictly.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant healthcare qualification or diploma (e.g., Nursing Assistant, Caregiver Certificate).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts as required.
- Valid Singapore work pass (if applicable).
