Join PERSOL as a Healthcare Assistant in our Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) and play a vital role in maintaining patient safety through rigorous infection control practices. This full-time position offers a structured 5-day work week with rotating shifts, providing a stable work environment while contributing to critical healthcare operations. You'll be responsible for the complete sterilization lifecycle of surgical instruments and medical equipment, ensuring compliance with national healthcare standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Clean, decontaminate, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment using advanced autoclaves and sterilization systems
- Assemble sterile instrument trays and packs following standardized protocols and packaging requirements
- Maintain inventory of sterile supplies, including stock rotation and quality assurance checks
- Operate and monitor sterilization equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Implement infection control procedures and adhere to strict aseptic techniques
- Document sterilization processes using automated tracking systems and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure timely availability of sterile instruments
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Healthcare Technology, Nursing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with sterilization equipment (autoclaves, washers, ultrasonic cleaners)
- Knowledge of infection control standards and sterilization validation processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise protocols
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
