Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning, decontamination, and washing of surgical instruments and medical devices.
- Operate and monitor sterilisation equipment, including autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners, according to strict safety protocols.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all instruments are free from debris and functioning correctly.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all sterilisation processes to ensure audit readiness.
- Assemble surgical trays and procedure kits accurately based on departmental requirements.
- Ensure the CSSD workspace is kept clean, organized, and compliant with infection control policies.
- Collaborate with nursing and surgical staff to provide timely distribution of sterile supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or equivalent professional certification.
- Prior experience in a CSSD, sterile processing, or clinical environment is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with an uncompromising approach to hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, shift-rotation environment (3 shifts).
- Basic proficiency in computer systems for inventory and documentation purposes.
- Must be physically fit to handle equipment and stand for extended periods during shift duties.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting technical issues.
