Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor residents' health status and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding support
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Maintain clean, safe living environments for residents
- Document care activities and resident observations accurately
- Participate in care planning meetings and recreational activities
Kualifikasi
- Certificate in Healthcare Assistance or equivalent qualification
- Singaporean citizenship or valid work permit
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Experience in elderly care or healthcare setting advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Empathetic and patient approach to care delivery
- Physical ability to assist with resident mobility
