Tanggung Jawab
- Provide compassionate assistance with seniors' daily activities including personal care, mobility support, and meal preparation
- Monitor and document clients' health conditions, reporting changes to family members or healthcare professionals
- Administer medications and treatments as per care plans while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance seniors' quality of life and mental wellbeing
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable environments for clients in their homes
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to implement personalized care strategies
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance caregiving skills and professional development
Kualifikasi
- Certificate in Healthcare Support, Gerontology, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year experience in senior care, home healthcare, or similar caregiving role
- Valid first aid certification and willingness to obtain additional healthcare credentials
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with seniors and families
- Ability to work independently while following care plans and maintaining professional standards
- Physically capable of assisting with mobility transfers and providing hands-on care
