- Generate sales revenues from existing portfolio of accounts with focus on renewal business growth
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high retention rates and satisfaction

- Address client concerns promptly and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client relations, sales, or account management
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage client portfolios and drive retention strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
