Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives via phone and email.
- Accurately document and process inquiries related to prescription benefits, prior authorizations, and coverage details.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on life sciences products, medical devices, and pharmaceutical support programs.
- Effectively triage and escalate complex clinical or technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations, company policies, and client service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team knowledge base resources.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service environment, specifically handling healthcare or life sciences accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously with speed and accuracy.
- Willing to work on-site in Cebu City with a shifting schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Biology, or any related Life Sciences field is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, and healthcare insurance processes is a plus.
- Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
