- Respond to patient inquiries and healthcare provider communications via multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while adhering to healthcare protocols
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions in compliance systems
- Collaborate with medical professionals to address complex patient needs and concerns
- Continuously update knowledge of healthcare products, services, and industry regulations
- Contribute to process improvements in a start-up environment with rapid scaling
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards for protected health information (PHI)
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with 1+ years customer service experience; healthcare background preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English and local dialects
- Strong problem-solving abilities with demonstrated empathy in customer interactions
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced healthcare environments with high call volumes

- Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
