- Assess patient needs and provide comprehensive nursing care to ensure optimal recovery.
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatments, documenting all changes accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.

Kualifikasi
- Valid Enrolled Nurse (REN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient advocacy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
