Tanggung Jawab
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in processes.
- Manage patient inquiries via phone or in-person with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and rescheduling to optimize clinic workflow.
- Update and maintain accurate patient records in the dental management system.
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
Kualifikasi
- A-Level graduate or current University undergraduate.
- Interest or experience in healthcare, customer service, or dental administration is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
