Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain internal healthcare information systems and software applications.
- Lead and manage multiple IT projects from conception to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical staff and business units, to identify technical requirements.
- Conduct system analysis and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise during client consultations and system demos.
- Ensure all systems comply with relevant healthcare data privacy regulations and security standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Healthcare IT, medical software development, or a related technical domain.
- Strong background in Business Development within the IT sector, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# and database management systems (SQL).
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
