Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the achievement of 100% sales targets within the assigned area through effective planning and execution.
- Develop and manage comprehensive Master Call Plans to optimize sales coverage and customer engagement.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and distributors.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and provide strategic insights to management.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the healthcare or medical equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in Tangerang and Banten.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
