We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Healthcare Provider Operations Executive to join our team in Petaling Jaya. In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for our growing network of healthcare providers across Malaysia. You will be responsible for end-to-end provider management, including onboarding new partners, managing day-to-day relationships, ensuring compliance with our high standards, and driving operational excellence across our provider ecosystem.
Your day-to-day will involve liaising with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations. You will troubleshoot operational issues, gather feedback to improve our platform, and work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance) to enhance the provider experience. This role sits at the heart of our operations, directly impacting patient access and satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary liaison for healthcare providers, managing onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure seamless integration into the Doctor Anywhere ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to drive high engagement and satisfaction levels.
- Monitor provider performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and overall patient experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance) to resolve operational issues, optimize workflows, and enhance the provider platform.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and service level agreements.
- Gather and analyze provider feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic initiatives within the operations team.
- Assist in the execution of provider network expansion strategies by identifying, vetting, and onboarding potential new partners.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on provider activities, performance, and operational status for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, account management, or provider relations, preferably in a healthcare or startup environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to resolving complex operational challenges.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or operational management tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Petaling Jaya and the Klang Valley for provider visits and meetings.
- Passionate about healthcare and improving patient access to quality medical services through technology and operational excellence.
