- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (e.g., Doctors, Nurses, Medical Technologists, Allied Health Professionals) using various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and background checks to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs within the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific staffing needs, job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and seamless onboarding support.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Philippine labor laws, healthcare industry regulations, and company policies.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador for the organization and fostering positive relationships.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and report on key performance indicators to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years preferred) as a Healthcare Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on medical professionals.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine healthcare landscape, labor market, and professional licensing requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM software, and professional networking platforms.
