Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic resource management plans to support Corporate Health initiatives.
- Identify and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and medical networks.
- Analyze resource utilization data to drive operational efficiency and cost-optimization.
- Lead coordination efforts between internal business units and external healthcare partners.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal quality assurance protocols.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for service innovation and business expansion.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership regarding resource allocation and partnership performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, resource management, or business development.
- Proven track record of managing professional networks and corporate stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management tools (Excel, CRM software).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and regulatory framework in the Philippines.
