Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in heavy equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on excavators, bulldozers, and rail maintenance vehicles
- Disassemble, inspect, and replace defective components using precision tools and diagnostic equipment
- Conduct systematic safety inspections and ensure compliance with OHS regulations
- Document maintenance activities using digital systems and maintain accurate repair records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate equipment availability and minimize operational disruptions
- Stay updated with industry advancements through continuous training on new technologies
Kualifikasi
- Technical/Vocational Diploma in Automotive Technology, Heavy Equipment Mechanics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with heavy machinery maintenance
- Strong proficiency in hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and powertrain diagnostics
- Certification in heavy equipment repair (e.g., CAT, Komatsu, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to read technical schematics and interpret service manuals
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to work in various weather conditions and handle heavy components (up to 50kg)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety protocols
