Tanggung Jawab
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and cranes according to standard procedures and safety guidelines
- Perform regular equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shipyard area
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
- Complete daily logs and documentation of equipment usage and maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Valid certification for operating heavy equipment (SIO/Operator Certificate)
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations for heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and equipment specifications
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
