Tanggung Jawab
- Operate PC 200 excavator safely and efficiently for material handling and loading operations
- Conduct daily equipment inspections, pre-operational checks, and basic maintenance
- Strictly enforce quality, safety, health, and environmental (QHSE) standards in all activities
- Optimize loading processes to meet production targets while minimizing waste
- Maintain accurate equipment operation logs and maintenance records
- Coordinate with ground crews and supervisors to ensure seamless workflow
- Identify equipment malfunctions and report maintenance needs promptly
- Participate in safety training and emergency response drills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification in mechanical operations
- Minimum 2 years experience operating excavators or similar heavy machinery
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification (SIO Manajemen K3)
- Strong knowledge of QHSE protocols and environmental regulations
- Ability to read technical manuals and equipment schematics
- Physical fitness to work in outdoor environments and handle heavy materials
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
