Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily heavy equipment operations on-site to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage equipment scheduling, deployment, and logistics to optimize utilization and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and manage emergency repairs for heavy machinery.
- Supervise and lead a team of equipment operators, providing guidance on operational efficiency and safety protocols.
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and resource allocation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, including equipment logs, daily activity reports, and incident documentation.
- Monitor site progress and adjust operational plans to overcome bottlenecks or resource constraints.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site management or coordination within the construction industry, specifically with heavy equipment.
- Valid Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) or relevant safety certifications.
- In-depth knowledge of heavy machinery operations (e.g., excavators, cranes, piling rigs) and maintenance.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of Singaporeās construction regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in the West Region.
