Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement customized training programs for heavy equipment operators in mining environments
- Conduct hands-on training sessions covering equipment operation, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures
- Create and update training materials, including manuals, assessments, and visual aids
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure competency
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies during training
- Collaborate with mining operations team to align training with project requirements
- Report on training effectiveness and recommend improvements to curriculum
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in mining environments
- Valid certification for heavy equipment operation (e.g., excavator, bulldozer, dump truck)
- Strong knowledge of mining safety regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse groups
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
- Ability to work independently in remote locations
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
