- Design and implement training programs for new hires and professional development initiatives
- Develop engaging instructional materials including presentations, assessments, and e-learning content
- Facilitate interactive training sessions covering technical skills, processes, and company culture
- Analyze training metrics and participant feedback to continuously improve curriculum effectiveness
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and development needs
- Stay current with industry trends in learning technologies and instructional methodologies
- Maintain training documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in training, facilitation, or instructional design
- Strong presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Experience developing curriculum needs assessments and learning objectives
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Willingness for Return to Office setup in Cebu City
