Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive security training curricula aligned with industry standards
- Conduct practical drills and simulations covering threat assessment, emergency response, and risk mitigation
- Evaluate trainee performance through competency-based assessments and provide constructive feedback
- Develop engaging training materials including multimedia presentations, case studies, and scenario-based exercises
- Collaborate with security experts to incorporate emerging threats and technologies into training programs
- Maintain compliance with national security regulations and organizational safety protocols
- Mentor junior instructors and participate in continuous improvement of training methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in security training, instruction, or operational security roles
- Industry certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISA) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Strong proficiency in developing scenario-based training and assessment tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to train diverse audiences
- Knowledge of Indonesian security regulations and international best practices
- Experience with multimedia training technologies and virtual simulation platforms
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification and physical fitness for practical demonstrations
