Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Support staff scheduling and performance monitoring
- Implement visual merchandising standards and inventory controls
- Train new staff on company policies and procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor sales targets and promotional execution
- Uphold safety and compliance standards
- Collaborate with management team on operational improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Strong interest in retail operations and leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
