Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and prioritize campus facilities service requests through ticketing systems
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, documentation, and office coordination
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve facility-related issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, resolutions, and inventory
  • Assist in onboarding processes and new employee orientation
  • Implement and improve administrative workflows for operational efficiency

Kualifikasi

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years in helpdesk, administrative support, or customer service role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in facilities coordination preferred
