Tanggung Jawab
- Assist sales team in loading/unloading products for delivery
- Collaborate with drivers to ensure timely and safe product transportation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and storage areas
- Provide direct customer support during product delivery and at client locations
- Help manage inventory and stock rotation at delivery points
- Report delivery issues, customer feedback, and equipment maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent (college students welcome)
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg repeatedly
- Basic communication skills for customer interactions
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience advantageous
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
