Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the sales team and drivers in loading, unloading, and transporting products to various customer locations.
- Ensure all delivered products are in perfect condition and meet quality standards.
- Interact professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and cleaning duties to ensure readiness for daily operations.
- Organize and manage inventory during deliveries and restocking activities.
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and traffic regulations while on the road.
- Report any delivery issues or damages immediately to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy boxes and materials.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Valid government ID and reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to work full-time hours.
- Previous experience in retail, logistics, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work in Mandaue City, Cebu.
