- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for hematology products
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals and healthcare institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Provide comprehensive product training and support to healthcare professionals
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer relationship management records
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Stay updated on the latest developments in hematology and medical technology
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related healthcare field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in hematology or diagnostics
- Strong knowledge of hematology products, laboratory equipment, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
