- Direct and supervise all clinical and administrative dialysis operations
- Manage nursing staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards
- Coordinate with nephrologists and management for integrated patient care
- Oversee equipment maintenance and medical supply inventory
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance
- Manage patient admissions, assessments, and treatment documentation
- Respond to emergencies and ensure timely interventions during dialysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and active PRC license
- Minimum 5 years hemodialysis experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Certification in Hemodialysis Nursing or Nephrology preferred
- Strong knowledge of dialysis equipment and emergency protocols
- Excellent staff management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Proficiency in electronic health records and inventory systems
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
