Tanggung Jawab
- Perform hemodialysis procedures per physician orders and clinical protocols
- Monitor patient vitals during treatment and respond to adverse reactions
- Operate and maintain dialysis equipment ensuring proper sterilization
- Educate patients on dialysis procedures, dietary restrictions, and home care
- Document patient progress, treatment adjustments, and incident reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care planning
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- S1 Nursing degree with active professional license
- Minimum 2 years hemodialysis or nephrology experience
- Certification in Hemodialysis Nursing preferred
- Strong technical skills in vascular access management
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in emergency situations
- Commitment to continuous professional development
