Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain hemodialysis equipment ensuring patient safety and treatment efficacy
- Monitor patients during dialysis procedures, assessing vital signs and responding to emergencies
- Administer medications and perform vascular access care following clinical protocols
- Educate patients on dialysis procedures, dietary restrictions, and self-care management
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Collaborate with nephrologists and multidisciplinary care teams
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sanitation standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from accredited institution
- Valid Philippine nursing license (PRC registration)
- At least 1 year hemodialysis or nephrology nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong knowledge of renal anatomy and dialysis procedures
- Excellent patient communication and crisis management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence
