Tanggung Jawab
- Administer safe and effective hemodialysis treatments per established protocols
- Monitor patients during dialysis procedures and respond to adverse reactions
- Educate patients on treatment procedures, self-care techniques, and dietary restrictions
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans
- Operate and maintain dialysis equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
- Assess patient needs and adjust treatment plans as required
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with current PRC license
- Minimum 1 year experience in hemodialysis or nephrology nursing
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication abilities for patient education and team collaboration
- Knowledge of dialysis equipment, vascular access management, and infection control
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced healthcare environments
