Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain hemodialysis machines according to established protocols and safety standards
- Monitor reverse osmosis (RO) systems to ensure proper water quality and functionality
- Perform thorough sanitation of dialysis stations and equipment between patient treatments
- Manage dialyzers, including preparation, reprocessing, and quality assurance testing
- Assist the healthcare team in patient care procedures during dialysis treatments
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily inventories, equipment maintenance, and patient records
- Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in Hemodialysis Technology or related healthcare field
- Valid certification as a Hemodialysis Technician (preferred)
- Previous experience operating hemodialysis machines and RO systems
- Knowledge of dialysis procedures, infection control, and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
