Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive high-performance programs for sport climbing and mountaineering athletes
- Oversee athlete development pathways and talent identification systems
- Coordinate with coaches, sports scientists, and support staff to optimize athlete performance
- Manage the planning and execution of national competitions, training camps, and international events
- Create and execute strategic plans to enhance the federation's competitive standing regionally and globally
- Manage budgets, resources, and partnerships to support high-performance initiatives
- Represent the federation at national and international forums, building relationships and advocating for sport climbing and mountaineering
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Exercise Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-performance sports management or athletic development
- Deep understanding of sport climbing and mountaineering disciplines and competitive structures
- Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic plans for sports organizations
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and stakeholder relationships
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation for sports programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
